Bamboori: Let's rest here for a bit before continuing. The battle has worn me out quite a bit and we could sleep relatively comfortably in the camp.
Drahcir: If you can neglect all the corpses lying around, sure. But I guess it's better than resting on the plain fields and we won't be seen that fast.

The group clears the bodies from the camp and then sits down around the unlit campfire to rest.

After an undisturbed period of time the group decides that they've recovered as much as they can from a makeshift camp and decide not to waste anymore time. There would only be around 3 more hours of daylight - perhaps these should be taken advantage of.
