Stage 3 Revamp!
Welcome to the Great Wall of China!
Many magical items are available for the taking!
However, you will face heavenly tribulation...
This stage features a new final boss!
Final boss must be defeated multiple times, and becomes stronger with every defeat.
Character changes:
Asche:
Burning Ash Blast (D>A) reworked.
It will now fire a slow and weak gray projectile.
After flying for some time, it ignites and turns into a powerful burning projectile.
Spontaneous Combustion (D>J) will now cause enemies to flinch when hit, and damage enemies upon exploding.
Delay reduced slightly.
Bart:
Dirge for the Deceased (D>A) will now shoot the skulls throughout the duration of the skill.
New skill: Ballad of Bats (10%MP + ...)
Input method: D + > + J
Plays an ultrasonic ballad that summons bats to fight for you.
Press D to cancel.
Richie:
Ultimate Weapon durability reduced.
Ultimate Weapon's D>A damage reduced (135 -> 75), colour changed to gray.
Will now either burn and knockback, or freeze and pull.
Ultimate Weapons' D>J BDefend reduced (60 -> 20).
Ultimate Weapon will fly away if left unclaimed on ground for 3 seconds.
Luce:
Recovery time from Speed Kick reduced.
Firen:
Spirits of fire will alternate between summoning bats and skulls.
Stage 2 changes:
Reduced number of knights at start of 2-1 in multiplayer.
The vampire bats are now red, and will now switch targets to the closest character after respawning.
Bat of bats in 2-3 reworked. 3 will spawn at the enemy side, 2 will spawn at the player side. Will not respawn after use.
Music changes:
Stage 2 music changed to "Desire Drive" from Ten Desires.
At 2-3, the music changes to "Desire Drive (Spirit world version)" from Ten Desires.
Stage 3 music changed to "Shanghai Teahouse ~ Chinese Tea" from Hisoutensoku.
Final Boss music changed to "The Venerable Ancient Battlefield ~ Suwa Foughten Field" from Mountain of Faith.
New Minions:
New minions have been added, and will be used in stages.
They will be tagged with '[NPC]' in their name (Non-Player Character).
Currently, I don't have a way to 'hide' them from character selection screen (yet), so I suggest simply not selecting them.
(Unless of course, you also like to live dangerously...)
New minion: Pyro!
Typical pyromaniac arsonist with an unhealthy obsession with fire.
Skills:
Throw Molotov Cocktail (30% MP)
Input Method: D + > + A
Hurls a Molotov Cocktail in front.
Suicide Bomb (60% MP)
Input Method: D + J + A
Blow yourself up. You will die in the process.
New minion: Morph!
An amorphous creature which vaguely resembles a human.
Can transform into its enemies.
Skills:
Grab (10% MP)
Input Method: D + > + J
Leap forward and grab the enemy.
Transform (30% MP)
Input Method: Grab + D + J + A
Transform into the enemy.
New minion: Spellknight!
A knight with basic magic.
Skills:
Energy Shield (20% MP)
Input Method: D + > + J
Create an energy shield that deflects most incoming attacks.
Self-Heal (70% MP)
Input Method: D + v + J
Heal yourself.
New minion: Frostknight!
A knight with icy cold attacks.
(Note: This is currently not used in stage, and will be used in stage 4)
Skills: None
New Item: Snowball!
A large ball of snow, which can be thrown at enemies to freeze them.
AI changes:
Added AI for Moeyy.
Increased minimum and maximum range at which Asche will use Burning Ash Blast (D>A), due to the skill being reworked.
Asche AI will now use Flame of Reincarnation.
Other changes:
Fixed a bug where some characters could jump immediately after picking up a heavy item.
The devils spawned from Orange Orb will now fly slightly higher.
Molotov Cocktail now explodes after being thrown.
Added a couple of easter eggs for all you dataminers / observant people xD.
