I really don't know and can't set a definite percentage. For example, assume I say "only the best 20% advance" and there are only 5 entries in total, then we would have an immediate winner. The same goes with fixed numbers, such as "the best 8 advance" with 5 entries seems kind of pointless as well.
That's why I'll make it up on the fly, we don't want things to end too soon and still provide an incentive to give your best
