First of all - nice color change. Looks definitiely better on white clothing now. Although i'm missing hair shading. It looked better with it.

I need to complaing about the lack of movement at the longest frame (it just feels awkward when it stops, i think if you add another in-between frame it should be better). Also the bottom waving clothing is just going crazy. Why would it dance like that? Better keep it more static, it's flickering like crazy. Also shading flickers and goes a lot off when it goes up. Keep it simpler.
I'm not sure if blinking is needed tho. For standing animation that loops every 0.5 sec it doesnt make much sense.
