Interesting piece! If you don't mind, I do have a bit of crit in the technical aspects, though.

Perspective (Click to View)

Based on the bed, I drew in the perspective grid to help visualize what needs some extra-treatment. Essentially, the way it is right now implies that the VP is extremely far up. This entails a view from very far up downwards. This conflicts with the design of the girl who is depicted more or less from the front. Also, the shelf on the right doesn't quite follow the perspective lines either. Using rectangular shapes is one of the easiest ways to establish a clearly defined perspective. If those don't properly align, though, the perspective quickly falls flat.

The sheets she's throwing up are a nice addition but lack a bit of contrast: they blend in with the background quite easily. You might want to try out tinkering with adding local lights to help counteracting this.

Apart from that, again, nice idea. Keep it up!
