I have a few things about your analysis that I'd like to comment on.

1. IQ isn't everything, you are absolutely right on that. Still, there are differences that have an evolutionary reason. Should these be ignored? And, even though IQ isn't everything, isn't it desirable for us to have high IQ?

2. The majority is always ignorant, be it in America, Europe, or anywhere else. This is why democracy as we know it today is a big problem. Contrary to what you fantasize, the democracy we have is not designed so that every point of view can be represented, it is designed so that the best demagogue with the most financial support wins the elections and licks the boots of the shadow government.
