Unique Profile: If you want to be informed when your profile is in use and you want to create a new one for the next story set this to YES.

In case you want to write a story and want to use story profiles from forum members you have to care about the following:

Free for Usage: NO
-> PM the member for permission to use this profile
Unique Profile:
-> When you post your story note these profiles at the beginning of your story so the moderator can set a modnotice to this profile that it was used (mod notice will include story link) and the users can write submit a new profile
