Hey, nice work, man! :)
From what I can see from the gif it looks really cool (yes, I'm at school atm and DLing here is a little problematic =P). Not too fond of color changes in the bg but this one looks cool. However, I'd simply skip the part where it is turning blue, IMO it doesn't fit together with the other colors. And then you shouldn't have any problem with the layer frame limit ;)
