IMO the hair is a little too bright. It should be a little more in this color:

My opinion, though, it's up to you what you do.
The weapon looks kinda unrealistic, too less detail. To make it more "rocky"/"stony"/whatever, the weapon needs a little more textures.gif ";)")
Also, don't use the pure colors (Red(FF0000), Yellow(FFFF00), and so on). They're not really nice to the eyes....
Shading could need some more effort, try blurring the shades a little, not too much but a little.
