wow, the first naruto-character I see that has LF2-proportions! THAT is what I call good! :)
Just a little suggestion, I think it'd be better if you turn the arms a little, so that they are parallel to the ground.
about the nine-tailed-fox; I think you should make the tips a little sharper, so instead of having an n-form, it should look a little more like this: ^ (lol at my uber-awesome ascii-desciptions :D)
