erm, actually the +140 is default, did you look into criminal and which images are used for the bandits after you free them?
actually transform without +140 is only possible with a exe edit, look into Mainsite / CFG archive / state 4000 or something like that.
But actually if you code a char - to send an exe together with a char will not be nice, and actually there's only one id where you can't make the char available for a transflrom with state 8000, and this is the one of LouisEX
