uhm...
my dash (run jump) attack is kinda like that. he floats for a short moment. in that time, in a certain radius, enemies close enough will be pulled towards the character and as soon as they touches gemini, the get hurt. and if any weapons are in the air nearby, they can get hit as well. heavy weapons are bigger so you can easily hit them. weapons already on the ground are hard to reach but its possible to do it. i dont think too much use of psychic powers is my idea. the D>A is based on wind. just a small horizontal twister that blows people all over the place and does a little bit of damage.
im thinking of maybe adding another wind based move or something...
