the dja when u're frozen i think should be allowed coz then the other guy can just hit u again (your rules are kinda strict =\, but i agree on the davis D^A thingy, it's cheap).

should actually make a list of rules, and then make them with checkboxes, and then a person selects the ones he wants, and then clicks "submit" and then a page is generated with the list of selected rules, and then they can just c+p to the opponent, and they decide whether they agree on the rules or not. if not then they negotiate.
