Awesome lightning!
However, i think there's too little glow on him, it's a huge lightningbolt after all.
and what's those little loose particles just by the tip? They don't look very lightning-ish.
also, i think it would look nice if there was at least some stray lightings who bolted out to the sides, not a part of the big spiraling bolt.
