Sry no offense, but he needs some experience, so dont tell him tooo much stuff!

1) fix the tasset, way to small!
2) shorten the kilt a lil bit and make it a bit wider (<---->)
3) you need transistions between trousers/body (a belt) and kilt/shirt (try it with the blur tool, low radius, low power, must stroke it very fine and carefully)
4) If the kilt shall hide a bit of the pants, give him a belt like firzen! (onto the kilt)
