Let me see, he looks good right now. But if you want some very good character, you'll have to sprite over the char, modifying a bit the things that are copy pasted (But you can do that when he's "done", so you just need to copy and paste 5 different heads, and that I'll make some nice looking "original" char, not Bat with different body)
Also, to me the green border effect on some sprites are kinda too thick. It would be better if you add some gradient effect inside the body, and not the border line. And the light effects are too strong, they need to have a lower opacity.
But that are the "bad" things. Everything else is fine. Keep up the good work =p
