[solved] Getting Mp while standing still and a probelm

1. i want to know how you can regain mp by just be standing in the standing frames.
2. i have a problem were i tried to create a new defense system were when you click Defend, Defend then you will go to a frame which knocks the opponent back. But theirs a problem were when the character just presses D it auto maticly goes to the Knock back frame, please help me solve the problem.
by the way i put the hit_d: in the defend frames in both of the defend frames.
