[CHAR] Cleric (6 styles with over 20 moves!)

And here it is:
The full and completely finished, debugged and balanced version of your new favourite char: CLERIC

This is my second finished project (the earlier one is Trio Mortale) and it's content is "only" one single char, with mainly recoloured sprites.
Lame?
Yup, maybe, but i think over 20 Special Moves, grouped in 5 Fighting Styles with a couple of Secret Moves and even a complete Secret Fighting Art isn't as lame, is it?

Cleric is a mostly balanced character, besides his unbelievable amount of different moves, which make him perfect on pretty every range and situation.

You can download this char directly on LF-Empire, filesize is about 1,1 mb.

Here are some Screenshots. Don't exspect to much, the really good attacks are the Secret ones and i surely won't post a screenshot of a Secret Move :P

ART OF RISING PALM
"Who needs weapons? I can kill you without even touching you..."
The Art of Rising Palm uses mainly wind/blastpush/shockwave attacks, sometimes combined with other fighting styles like Illusions.
Most attacks have not a far, but at least a medium range. The damage is still the highest, if the enemy is very close to you.

While Cleric remains in the beginning stance, he will block weaker attacks.



ART OF SHADOWLIGHT
"And you are sure, i'm here? Maybe i'm going to stab you from your back and you are only talking to a illusion of mine?"
The Art of Shadowlight bases on summoning illusions from Cleric himself. But instead of being only a visible something, the illusions will also attack and damage the enemy with different moves and different intensity.

While Cleric remains in this stance, he will teleport away automatically, if he gets hit by something.
Mostly he will reappear behind the enemy, but the element of randomness is involved strongly in this move...



ART OF SNAKE
"The snake is a powerful enemy... Strong and fast, like my fists."
The Art of Snake is a well known fighting art from many Martial Arts.
It concentrates on a rapid hail of quick and weak punches. Therefore it's only recommended for melee (or for punching energy balls surely back).

While Cleric remains in this stance, he will block weaker attacks.



ART OF KI
"KI-YAI!"
The Art of Ki uses the inner power of Cleric to let him shoot powerful energy blasts.
So this fighting style is one of his few far-based one.

Beginning to prepare a Ki-based attack and concentrating his power with this stance will give Cleric a (very) small amount of additional mp.



ART OF LIVE RESTORATION
"I'm not limited to only taking life... i can also give it back."
The Art of Live Restoration is a collection of useful healing and support moves.
Most of them use many hp to cast, so be careful with them, if you are on low hp (even when the moves often heal yourself, too.)



SECRET ART OF DEN-DRAKEN
"You really want to see it? Fine... but you will nevermore be able to tell it to anyone..."
Only a very few people know about the use of this powerful fighting art.
There are rumors about moves like fire-breathing, summoning a dragon and strikes of unhuman power, but noone seems to know the truth.

Only one thing is known:
A legend above one lonely master of this fighting art, who (maybe) beaten an entire army of demons with one single attack:
The legendary ULTIMATE TECHNIQUE: 1001 TALONS OF SUPERIOR DRAGON - FIRE STORM.

But maybe it's only a legend...

Of course i will release newer versions with better balancing, bugfixing, etc. You can look up the Version History here or in the Readme file:

"OMG, WTH should 'challenges' mean?"
It means CHALLENGES! Tasks to complete!
Sure, you can simply download a char, screw Julian's *** up on crazy, pwn even 7 Julians with the char in
Versus Mode and then it's done.
WRONG!
To enlonger the "life/playtime" of this char i've made a couple of easy, medium, hard and impossible challenges.
Surely, you can simply tell everyone around, you've done all challenges within 5 minutes, but you are lame if you do that :P
The challenges are kinda a test of your abilitys with the character and include mostly variations and rules for Stage, Versus and Battle Mode.
Of course you have to choose "Cleric" ALWAYS!
Simply look below and do the challenges you are capable of doing ^^
Further below int he Readme you will find a short checklist. You can copy-paste it into any document and "x" all done challenges.

If this runs well, i will maybe make a tread on LF-E, where you can post your results

EASY CHALLENGES:

#1 CLERIC TRAINEE
-Beat the Stage Mode in "Easy" or any higher difficult.

#2 SECRET KNOWELEDGE
-Find out all of the 5 hidden Secret Moves.

#3 BAM!
-Perform following 5 attacks (same in which order, which mode etc):
o Art of Rising Palm: Star Palm (L5 < highest charge level)
o Art of Shadowlight: Shadowlight Guardian
o Art of Snake: Double Snake Play
o Art of Ki: Ki-Ko-Kengan
o Art of Live Restoration: Soul Release

#4 HIDE AND WIN
-Win in a "Versus Mode" match with 7 opponents on "Normal" (or higher), all players on "Independent".

#5 PWNED!
-Defeat the last enemy of a stage with a Secret Move.

#6 I HAVE MORE GUYS THEN YOU
-Fight in Battle Mode and win a match with following settings:
o You vs 2 Random enemys
o Your Army: Middle Balanced
o Enemy Army: Small Inferior
o Difficulty: Any

#7 LOL, MP BAR IS DEAD!
-Overload the mp bar with to much Meditation moves (in any game setting).

#8 LEAF, LEAF, LEAF!
-Kill at least 3 enemys with one Secret Technique: Leaf-Firework Lotus Palm (in any game setting).

#9 OMG, I HAD HIT!
-Land a hit with the Secret Technique: Paralizing Poison Snake Bite (in any game setting).

#10 MY 3 SECRET TWIN BROTHERS
-Clone yourself 3 times in one game with the Secret Technique: Walking Shadow of Blinded Sun (in any game setting).


MEDIUM CHALLENGES:

#11 CLERIC
-Beat the Stage Mode in "Normal" or any higher difficult.

#12 THE LAST DRAKEN
-Find out how to perform the Secret Art of Den-Draken.

#13 UHMMMM...
-Transform into Monk

#14 THE WAY OF DESTINY
-Beat Stage Mode on "Easy" with following Rules:
o Stage 1: Only standard attacks and Art of Snake, only 1 Secret Move per stage Part
o Stage 2: " + Art of Rising Palm, 2 Secret Moves
o Stage 3: " + Art of Ki & Meditation, 3 Secret Moves
o Stage 4: " + Art of Shadowlight, 4 Secret Moves
o Stage 5: All arts, 5 Secret Moves
o Secret Art of Den-Draken is only allowed in boss-fights, doesn't count as Secret Move
o Not more then 2 Clone's of yourself
o Against Julian you can do whatever you want, no limits

#15 LONELY VOLUME 1.
-Defeat LouisEX in Stage Mode, whereas all your teammates are dead (on any difficult).

#16 I HAVE MO... UHM, SAME GUYS THEN YOU
-Fight in Battle Mode and win a match with following settings:
o You vs 4 Random enemys
o Your Army: Middle Balanced
o Enemy Army: Middle Inferior
o Difficulty: Any

#17 LOL! STAGE MODE BUG!!!
-Defeat the last enemy of a stage part while you get killed to find the funny Stage Bug (in any game setting).

#18 DOU DE CLERIC
-Win a "Versus Mode" Match with 4 2-guy teams on "Normal" (or higher). Your teammate is another (useless) Cleric...

#19 RATATATATATATATATATATA
-Perform a Art of Ki: Ki-Ko-Kengan move which hits at least 25 times (the attach hits enemys multiple times usually,
you will need around 5-6 enemys hit to get 25 hits, this can be done in any game setting).

#20 AM I SURVIVOR?
-Survive 5 Waves on Survival Mode "Normal".


HARD CHALLENGES:

#21 PRO CLERIC
-Beat the Stage Mode in "Hard" or any higher difficult.

#22 BOOM, HS!
-Perform the Ultimate Technique: 1001 Talons of Superior Dragon - Fire Storm (in any game setting).

#23 CHAINSAW MASSACRE
-Beat Stage Mode on "Easy", but only with Claw Strikes. That means:
o You CAN do some standard punches here or there, but you should mainly use Claw Strikes
o Claw Strikes are either the Dragon Claw move (Secret Art of Den-Draken) or
p Standard punches, upgraded with Insignia of Dragon Fury (Secret Art of Den-Draken)
o Of course you can free criminals etc, cloning yourself is not allowed
o Weapons are not allowed, too, but you can use bottles (to drink, not to throw!)

#24 THE WAY OF TRUE WARRIOR
-Beat Stage Mode on "Normal" with following Rules:
o You get 2 move at the beginning of your "journey", another 2 after finishing Stage 1 and same after finishing Stage 2
o You can use Meditation after finishing Stage 2
o You get 4 moves (one of them can be a Secret Move) after finishing Stage 3, same after Stage 4
o You can only perform each learned Secret Move one time per Stage Part.
o You may use one move of the Secret Art of Den-Draken in every boss-figt.
o Not more then 1 Clone of yourself

#25 LONELY VOLUME 2.
-Defeat Firzen in Stage Mode, whereas all your teammates are dead (on any difficult).

#26 EEK! YOU AREN'T PLAYING FAIR!
-Fight in Battle Mode and win a match with following settings:
o You vs 7 Random enemys
o Your Army: Middle Inferior
o Enemy Army: Large Giant
o Difficulty: At least Normal

#27 SNAKE=KI TRICK
-Find out how to change from Art of Snake: Snake's Tail Bash move directly into the Art of Ki without
entering the standing frames.

#28 UO... TROUBLE...
-Win a "Versus Mode" Match with following settings:
o You are "Independent"
o One enemy 3-guy team, one 4-guy team
o Difficult: Hard

#29 NEVERENDING SECRETS
-Defeat all bosses of Stage Mode (3-5, 4-5, 5-3, 5-4, 5-5) with a different Secret Move (Not Den-Draken!) on "Normal" difficult

#30 I AM SURVIVOR!
-Survive 15 Waves on Survival Mode "Hard".


IMPOSSIBLE CHALLENGES:

#31 ZEN-MASTER CLERIC
-Beat the Stage Mode in "CRAZY" difficult.

#32 HE HAD NO CHANCHE
-Kill Julian in Stage Mode on "CRAZY" with only using the Ultimate Technique: 1001 Talons of Superior Dragon - Fire Storm.

#33 EVIL KNEEVEL
-Beat 7 Julian's in "Versus Mode" on "Difficult", the Julians are "Independent" all.

#34 THE WAY OF CHOOSEN ONE
-Beat Stage Mode on "Difficult" with following Rules:
o You get 1 move at the beginning of your "journey", another 1 after finishing Stage 1
o You get 2 moves (one of them can be a Secret Move) after finishing Stage 2, same after Stage 3
o You can use Meditation after finishing Stage 3
o You get 3 moves after finishing Stage 4 (no Secret Moves)
o You can only perform one (learned, of course) Secret Move per Stage Part.
o You may use one move of the Secret Art of Den-Draken in every boss-figt, but then you musn't use any other Secret Move.
o Not more then 1 Clone of yourself

#35 LAST MAN STANDING
-Defeat Julian in Stage Mode, whereas all your teammates are dead (on "Difficult" difficulty).

#36 PREPARE FOR YOU LAST FIGHT!
-Fight in Battle Mode and score at least 100 kills with following settings:
o You vs 1 Random enemy
o Your Army: Empty
o Enemy Army: Full
o Difficulty: Difficult

#37 WITHOUT A FIN
-Finish Stage Mode on "Easy" with following Restrictions:
o If you hurt ANY enemy directly (punching, weapons, balls, shockwaves) you have lost.
o Fight the enemys with Illusion's and Clone's, Healing Moves (besides Soul Release) are allowed, also.

#39 BATTLE ROYAL
-Win a "Versus Mode" Match against 7 allied enemys on "CRAZY" (on the background "Forbidden Tower" ^^).

#40 I AM LEGEND!
-Survive 25 Waves on Survival Mode "CRAZY".
