New Effect Challenge!

Silva created a new effect and state (similar to ice)
and i made the appropriate data and sprites to make it work in game.
the new effect is effect: 6, the corresponding state: 60.

if the template in this download hits any other character he will now get petrified (frame 150) - yes the effect is fully implemented into every character (this makes a com template almost equal to a com davis)

we thought that we could put up a little creation challenge:

Who can create the most bad a** earth/stone type character? (epic boss battle perhaps?)

v3 requires this line in your data.txt:

it is recommended that you implement the new effect in type 3 objects to make sure it always has a sound, preferably 010 or anything else stone like
i dont mind ppl teaming up

and refrain to a reasonable amount of files and moves - i dont want a character using more than julian does
