make sure this attack is "fast". i.e. sqrt(dvx^2 + dvy^2) in the itr must be greater or equal to 10.
apparently your first itr should've worked. otherwise u really do need state: 3 or 15 (both should work; I checked lf2's character datas)
oh i know. possible reason: the previous frame(s)'s arest/vrest must be lower. delay that prevents ur char from hitting probably is what's stopping it.
