Drahcir flipped open a handheld mirror to examine his injury from the metal fist. The skin was not punctured, but he could clearly see a giant bruise and what might be a broken bone or two. This was going to have to be repaired more fully sometime, but in the meantime he would have to cope with it. He put away the mirror, got up, lit his beamsword, and rejoined the fight.
As Mailliw lit both his beamswords to attack, Dark Louis charged at him. Suddenly he found himself being spun around and thrown up into the air...to be telekinetically caught by Jorious on the way down. He recovered and slashed at Dark Louis once with each sword...leaving nothing but two small glowing gashes in the latter's armour. Suddenly he found two metal boots in his stomach area, which sent him flying off the Wall before he telekinetically caught himself again.
Now it was Stino's turn to attack. He fired an arrow at Louis, which glanced off his armour, before slicing at his opponent with his sword. That too did not penetrate the armor. He was about to try again when he just barely dodged a Thunder Punch from Dark Louis.
As Sariah reformed behind Louis, she delivered a kick to his backside, toppling him. However, Dark Louis recovered easily and retaliated by giving her a telekinetic shove that sent her flying before she dissolved into the bat swarm.
Next, Jorious telekinetically hurled chunks of rock from the battlements from the towers at Dark Louis. Dark Louis easily pushed them away with his own telekinesis.
Now that Dark Louis had the clear advantage, he pressed his assault, throwing punches, kicks, and other people at the party. This continued until Mailliw had an idea. He drew his beam pistol and sent a spread of three shots at Louis's armour. The energy coursed through it until it crumbled under its own weight. Suddenly, however, a trident appeared in Louis's hand. At this point, As he made to attack, Drahcir came flying from the tower had been punched into, beamsword in hand.
As Drahcir and the others attacked Dark Louis, they were driven back by his rather impressive speed. Drahcir was hit again, this time sent right over a tower, now with a stomach wound as well as the injury to the face.
While the others fought Dark Louis, Drahcir spent another few minutes recuperating. This one was, in fact, bleeding badly, so he had to pour almost a whole millilitre of nanodroid solution before waiting quite a while before he was in fighting condition again. He drew a second beamsword and attached it to the first so that he now had a double-ended one. He leaped into the air over the tower, landed behind Dark Louis, and started to viciously strike at him.
Dark Louis still had a slight advantage in that he was simply too fast. His trident was nothing more than a barely visible blur, stabbing and slicing at the party, who could barely keep up. Finally, when he fired a telekinetic blast at Drahcir, Drahcir retaliated with his own. The invisible energies collided in a shimmering circle of air facing the two combatants. Each applied more strength in an attempt to push the shimmering disk to the other. No matter how much energy Drahcir put into it, however, the circle inexorably advanced towards him...
