I will write the following text directly while testing the char:
-You haven't included installation readme in the download (only the dat-lines, not things like "put the bmp-files into your sprite-folder" etc)
-The small pic is wrong... it's a facepic
-There are some dirty pixels above his head in the running frames (and in the stop_running ones)
-the Run_attck looks stupid XD would be better, if the glowing fist would go IN FRONT OF HIM, not behind...
-Same with the superpunch... additional that one deals to much damage and i don't get, why you put a wolf jowl sound in there
-In D>A he creates a blue ball, but has a violett shine on his body. Additional you should have put a zwidth into the hitzone, it looks creppy if a gian ball covers another char, but stil doesn't hit it. And the mp costs are to low...
-D>J is LOL... great sound, looks nice and the kickback is incredible high ^^ But maybe some more mp would have been right
-DvA is a well DCed move, bot the wolf and laughter sound doesn't fit there imo. Also the mp are to low (again). Would have been nice, if Julizen would only do the full combo after he REALLY hit an oppentn (itr:3 work)
-J+DVJ is... uhm... useless and bad looking
-In DvJ the center-values are missplaced, Julizen gets pushed around for some pixels while doing the move. the knockback of the wind is a bit to big... would look better, if the char gets sucked up inside the tornado or something ^^ And mp are to low
-D^J is REALLY low sprited, and seems to be a bit un-creative
-D^A is a nice idea, but has to much bugs: the explosion is missplaced, the center-values are wrong (again) and after the move the char goes to a non-existing frame. Additional you seemed to have screwed up the skull chasing frames...
-DJA is a nice move, but again center-values are screwed up, also there are completely wrong sprites and some dirty pics... Not to mention, that the dmg is completely imba...
-The extreme bigbang has nice sounds, nice sprites, but STRONGLY misplaced center-values. Additional it's to LOW DMG XD It uses your full mp for not even 50 dmg? lol...
Result:
The char has some nice ideas/moves, but needs some debugs and fixes, also.
It seems overpowered (to low mp costs), but due to what i know from the mod plans, it should be a boss, so the costs are fine for that purpouse.
5/10 total points (some malus for incomplete Readme)
