Some more infos about the char would been nice.. for all that people, that haven't seen him in the Project's tread up to now.

Why you don't use the forum attachment system? ONE zipped char cannot break the limit, can it? (only 800kb )

-While moving/standing the arms are VERY static :/ (o.o while jumping, too XD)
-the last run_atck frame is to long... AND the move is way to strong... a multi-100 dmg for a few mp?
-there are some minor missplaces on general wpoints
-dash atck dmg is pretty high, isn't it?
-Kightning Bolts (boltS?): Should spawn closer to the char, it appears midair, also the shadow is slightly missplaced. Sound and sprite are great, though. But the ball is way overpowered... instakickdown + mean dmg + ultralow mp cost...
-Chasing Zapper: Havge you the NTSD permission to use the Chidori sound in there? I hope so... Again a complete overpowered attack: INFINITE chase, UNDESTROYABLE and high dmg (250?!)... and only 200 mp cost...
-Air Dash: Looks strange ô.o... i mean the animation
-Air Bang: Maybe a bit to strong, but not THAT much overpowered as the other moves... and nice sprited ^^
-Lightning Cannon: Great sound/sprite/coding, but it is AT LEAST like Firzen Cannon and that move was designed for a boss > overpowered
-Lightning Explosion: lol, a enemy being CLOSE to you gets less damage ^^ Attack is pretty simple and damage way to high... as usual...
-Detonation: WTFH ROFL XD LOL Though the animations is crap and the char remains even after the attack was done and you cant see any detonation thingy, the move idea is nice ^^ However, you will ALWAYS loose, when you use that move, so it cant be overpowered XD
-Self-Heal: *faceclaw* Infine Self-Heal moves are NOT nice... They are kinda (overpowered+overpowered)*overpowered³ At least you won't kill all enemies close to you like on another char *coughangeladamcough*
-Darius Crash: Nice move/idea, but it makes the Self-Heal more imba (you can isntantly attack while healing yourself... blub). Btw, if you hit enemys, the blast will be BEHIND you... looks crappy

(btw, why you hadn't put the move list into the readme?)

Result:
A nicely sprited/sounded and DCed char, no major problems...
Besides he's freakin imba, of course...
And freakin imba characters you CANNOT play senseful ANYWHERE therefore i won't play this char longer...

However, if you could improve the balancing this could be a nice char ^^
