[solved] need help coding a ball which heals you after doing a specail move.

Hey i need help with another specail attack. The attack is supposed to be like this:

Defend, up, jump - Yin Seal: Release - This is where Tsunade releases the seal on her forehead, giving her much chakra back and starts regenerating her health (just like a normal healing scroll (only filling up the dark part of the health), though it removes a bit of her max health (simulating the shortening of her lifespan).

In short you hurt yourself, lose all chakra, and from perform that specail attack you start to regain mp and lose mp, and ideas on how to it?
