To make some walking limitations and the 3d-illusion, there are itr/kind: 14 "blocks" in these areas: (not 100% exact)

The upper area is insurmountable. The lower one blocks so that you can only get over it when you jump.
Actually the stairs are just a flat "thing", but because of some limitations it looks more or less real.
