the tournaments would be a starter for people to get to know each other (first as an opponent, then as a rival, then as a friend) {sounds cheesy yea but oh well}. mentioned earlier, it's the time factor thingy + motivation that will be the huge problem. The only members who would actually have proper free time for this will be the younger members I suppose (i just noticed this when this year started. official forum mod last year I still could do 1 sprite a day, including read posts in 3 forums and stuff). This year I barely have time to read posts in 2 forums, and I dont' have anymore time for anything else. Today's an exception coz we just had a few exams, and aren't doing much work again yet (though I actually haven't finished homework from 2 weeks ago). The remake project also is another thingy on my to-do list as a spare time thing.

better not go way off topic (maybe it's too late). anyways, I would support the idea, but not just yet.
