i assume you were looking off my BG tut
wanna say, its a lot better than your BG that you submitted to the contest XD
the sky looks fantastic, with the moon and the glow too.
the ground is also pretty good, though it should have some rough edges at the top so it looks more natural. also, try to add some mountains, or some sort of other background layer, OR you can make the ice in the foreground, bigger/higher.
the freeze should have animation, though its quite good, it still doesnt fit in.
