lol, why don't you just try dvy: -x and dvy: x and see which one makes it fall?
Anyways. You have hit_a: 50, which makes the ball take 9 TU until it goes to frame hit_d: x.
But since frame 50 (the frame without dvy) has a wait: 10 it will never get to frame 51.
Either change hit_a to something smaller, remove it completely or put a dvy into frame 50
