I doubt very strongly that marti wants us to mess around with it 
. Looking at it, it looks like a very complex system .
Anyway, here is a semi local version:

Runs from inside an exe, doesn't need to download the swf. It still downloads the sprites and stuff from the server(I think so at least). I didn't include the mp3s, this means you can use your own. Just name them 01.mp3 02.mp3 etc etc and put them in the folder. Enjoy.
