Actually I think the first one doesn't look that bad. These fading things look quite interesting, at least on black background( that doesn't mean you should use them in other sprites, too.). But for the wings you should use two similar reds. And don't use this white lining + the paint spray tool or whatever.
The second one... well... Not that good. No shading for this white thing and hair should maybe be a bit more spikey.

And here is another sprite. It isn't that good, but its too funny for not sharing it. There are so many sprites you can do for vampires... Someone has to do a char.
