Here's a little list of what you can improve:

• crotch of pants is rather low
  
• char's left arm is sticking out too much
  
• the upside-down-V-like shape of the shirt should be moved rightwards
  
• char's right shoe is not well-proportioned
  
• middle of the hair is pretty flat
