It's some php-script. {1} is supposed to be a the variable responsible for the name of the recipient and {2} should be the link to the moderated post. As neither MH nor I have gotten the around fixing this, I feel so free to temporarily disable the PM-receival so that you won't get a notice when a mod edits your post. If you still get those PMs, one of us is probabably fixing the issue. Emphasis on probably.

As for your issue, JoshEX, do you open unread threads in new tabs and read PMs in one of those/in a new one? This wouldn't be a bug then because there is simply no refresh-option for the PM-deal. That wouldn't be something to worry about. However, if the problem persists/is caused by something else, please elaborate it a little more so that I can reproduce this. In general: if I can't reproduce a problem, it's unfixable :P
