Making a ball into certain frame at its position
#5
Mainsite Wrote:State 3000 - Ball Flying

State 3000 is the standard state for attacks. If the ball hits other attacks with this state, it'll go to the hitting frame (10). If it is hit by another ball or a character, it'll go to the the hit frame (20) or rebounding frame (30).
If you press a. in frame 60/65 you got ik9 that hit the special bdy of the ball sending it to frame 30.

If you press J in the jump frame you opoint a invisible weapon with bdy
that the ball hit sending the ball to frame 10 or 20. I don't really remember.
Of course the weapon doesn't last long.Just enough to active the ball frame.

The bad side of this method is that it waste the ball basic functions and
you can't use state: 3005/6.

And this method is usable while the ball is moving forward isn't it?
You use the state: 3000 basic functions.Oh and don't make the ball hitable for enemys or allys. The ball should
get hit only by your ik9.

Press attack hit the ball bdy with ik9 and press Jump spawn a t1 that get hit by the ball and cause the ball to go
to frame 20/10. frame 20/10 =boom. frame 30 ? the other thing you wanted.

Don't use dvx/dvy in the ik9 then.As for the ball hiting the t1 .I don't think it will slow down the ball.

Similar method:

The ball you opoint is a state: 3005 ball with a bdy.Pressing attack opoint a t3 that hits its bdy with state: 3005 ik9 sending the the ball to frame 30 making it do the thing you wanted.

Pressing J will opoint t3 state: 3005 with ik0 that send the ball to frame frame 10.

To make it clear. ik9 in the attack =1st. press A and the ball will split into 4 on its current position(frame 30).

Opointing state: 3005 ik0 in jump = sending your ball to frame 10/20 = kaboom.
