for gods sake for how long are we gonna use davises dash... or denisse's kicks...etc those bases will run out in no time. and also its stupid to make all you chars have the same moves as the normal lf2 char. when a new move snaps suddenly in your head dont tie your self to a base. use your imagination and imagine how the frames of the move you desire should be and just make them its not that hard. i thought it was hard at first. until alec convinced me to try it. so i did and it was darn fun and original. you might mess up at ur first tries but eventually you'll rock it!
oh and the pants issue. i didnt complain about the pants at all... i just pointed that in that running frame they look wierd and you fixed them. every one has his shading style. but here i made one on how the pants look in my imagination:

p.s. in that punching kicking combo you posted. in the first two frames the shoes dont have that boot shine, guess you forgot to make it...
