To add something, I COMPLETELY support the idea with the new and young generation (while I wouldn't totally make the old ones playable), I love the idea with the younger ones having similar moves to their predecessors. It would be totally awewewe... ---wait for it--- ...some!

You could like make the current chars "old" and weaken/remove some of their special attacks and then draw the new chars in Phil-Style. Or something. Just like you did with Bat and Davis earlier.
