Megaman (Classic ones for NES) (and related clones, X series is fine too :D)
Touhou (PC)
Bust-A-Move (Various platforms)


But specific games would be tough for me, though I'd go with:

Megaman 2 (I'm still playing this even though I've beaten it fully countless times) (NES)
Embodiment of Scarlet Devil (PC)
Rosenkreuz Stilette (PC)

I guess.

One of my all-time favourite games is Bust-A-Move 4.
