Only if the zombie is stupid and attacking a Spec-Op 1on1... But if the spec op gets defended by 1 guy, the thing gets more interesting, since he will see 3 names then ^^ so 2 possible zombies...
And in total there is always the chance of the spec-ops being the zombie, trying to get some citizens killed by marking them as zombies.
