Hmm, may I make a suggestion that could slightly improve the looks for you Neo. If you look at the pectoral muscle when you raise your hands above your head, they tend to bulk out less as they stretch. So try to make the shading around them a slight bit less dark when he raises his hands (if you don't understand, chest muscles should be slightly less apparent in first sprite, and look a bit more light in the shading area).
Arms look a tad bit too straight. Have them bent a little more so that it looks better. Also, rather than have the arms go straight up. Have the upper arm go forwards like the 2nd frame, but a little more pointing upwards. This'd give a reasonably more realistic approach.
