You can use the 4 arrow keys to move anywhere you want and then press A, J or D to create a portal.
Note: the portal can't work if they are create too far apart.

Every time you run into a portal, you'll be teleported to the closest one. Each portal can be used only once
Note: If there's no portal left, you'll teleport to the closest enemy so be careful.
