Actually... I'd do it the following way...
In the jumping frames, note a hit_j: 350 (or some frame that isn't used yet). This will lead to your flip-move, sort of that:
If you don't press the jump-key in the last frame, your char will go to the jumping-frames again. You could actually define another frame so that your char won't have the opportunity to do a second flip, like that:
just copy the pic number from frame 212...
well, then, after that, what kind of floating do you want? I'd take the easy one if I were you....
