How to change Loading Text?

I want to change the "now loading" text from showing the data it loads into another text (ex: LF2 Is now loading) I saw that in many mods but I don't know much about hex...

Help me cuz I don't want people to know who are the secret characters in my mod (that will force them to play the stage)
