Can i draw a picture of an egg??? since tht could rly mean anyone from the eggpire...

Which is why you should refrain from doing so. Any picture that could refer to two or more people is not clear anymore and thus should be avoided. Nevertheless, (just picking Bamboori and Someone else as an example) they do have certain differences, judging from their avatars. Also, a little check into member's bios could help

So, i want to get this straight, is it a representative, or can i draw like face pics based on the photos in "real life pics of you" thread?

It is more of an abstract thing; how does the to-be-visualized behave, how does he appear, etc. Sure, you could take the RL-pics as a base but it might be a lot harder to create a convincing image (in a way that somebody looks at it and says: "Oh, that's XYZ!"
I'd go for representative

By representation I think BP means an image that people could look at and say, "Oh! That facepic reminds me of blow_fly98!"
