there are no such frames. its an id thing :P
btw, the stuck in fire frame thing could ruin the game... as you may or not know, a char is always recovering fall points. so, if you stuck everyone in the fire frame, you could hit them one by one as they would never got out of the fire frame. until theyre hp runs out. some ideas...
woody tiger dash---> fly further/dash from air/short and spammable?
