switch the order of BGs in data.txt

Leave the first two like they are, then put the forbidden tower-thingy in line 3, Queen's Island in line 4, Great Wall in line 5, Stanley Prison in line 6, and Lion Forest in line 7. Just switch the order of these 5 ;)
