i have a few other questions too...
1) there's a time- limit to the avatar-state projectiles?
2) since zuko's and aang's attacks(avatar state and lightning) seem pretty powerful, is the gonna be something like that for the rest of the chars?
ok thats it for questions...

suggestions:
1) using bp's independent background spawning method(man i can't find it...), the owl in the library could be randomly spawned. most probably, something to do with hit_Fa: 7.
might do that later... since may be complicated...(wait... why isn't it on the mainsite? meh i'll do a study example...)
2) possibly using the same method as above, in certain backgrounds, fireballs/tsunamis/whirlwinds/sandstorms come randomly.

btw if there's some progress here, maybe i'll help with DC...
