That's impossible to solve
actually, if all 4 answers would have different %'s then it'd be 25%, though D and A are both 25%, so it doesn't matter which one of them you'd take, which makes your chance of choosing the correct one 50%, that'd mean B is correct, though if B is correct, your chance lowers again to 25% because there's only 1 solution, and then the problem starts again that if it's 25% there are 2 solution which makes it 50% and blah! it's impossible to answer
you also can't say the chance is 0% to get the solution like that, because if you choose C, then there is again only 1 solution which makes it a 25% chance
