Ah, I missed this thread, and it even has some of my sprites :p

I like this idea, but regarding the actual sprites, they are kinda... boring. As the girls are just standing, you should change the designs a bit to make them more eyecatching (like showing more skin, for example). But considering the amount of sprites that you did, that would be really time consuming and in the end -> boring, so yeah, this is a big effort already. I know because spriting every suit for an already existing base was time-consuming enough (even tough I enjoyed doing it).

The girl cosplaying LF2 characters (and some fan mades) is Lucy, aka Fan Girl (I think people called her like that in 13th Zone)... I remember that when I did the base of that sprite I actually liked it a lot (I was quite noobish at girl sprites at that time)... and didn't know what clothes to use (yeah, I make 'naked' version of almost every sprite, sometimes just shapes without shading, it helps getting the right pose) so I sprited lots of variants. But this is quite different, they are the actual guys turned into girls... I remember myself trying to sprite a she-Woody some time ago, but didn't finished it because it sucked. I might try to sprite that again now that I have more skills, but it shall remain in the darkness of my LF2 folder :p
