And 'specifics' would help a lot.
Anyway, it is a rather nice design, and if you've fixed some stuff, then post it.
I see. I thought the tail was a snake. After all, the end's a bit thicker than the rest...
If his eyes are covered, then where is his mouth? The hair doesn't hang down long enough for that.
Anyway, from what I've seen, you have potential in spriting. Hope to see you improve.
