Not bad... I think the hair shading still needs more contrast, or to be redone, or something. I'm not sure what. I think the hair should probably be a darker color, maybe a light grey or something, white doesn't have much contrast with the skin color. Or, you could darken his skin a bit, that'd solve the problem too.

EDIT: Oh and one thing that seems a bit odd about it... His body, except for his face, is facing completely toward the screen. I think it should face at least a little bit to the right.
