Has been ages since making my last character...
So I decided to make this character who would be one of the bosses in IF2, based in this sprite:

Any suggestion for the names btw?

Sorry for posting separate images but that's the least I can do to show the atm-finished sprites. When I uploaded the first sheet it only showed up as an empty big black square, which is of no use.
Move ideas:

• Woody's DvA
  
• Transform the "demon" arm into a massive devil's arm
  
• Skull punch (not sure how it works)
  
• Haymaker (can be used for combo, thanks to Magnamancy)
  
• Full transformation into a demon
  

Note that the strokethrough ideas are not going to be included.
Comments&critics are much appreciated.
Notes: If you are going to comment on those crappy sprites I've done so far, I will ignore it. It isn't critics on my sprites that I'm looking for, but for ideas and the character concept itself. The sprites that I'm showing you is just a rough draft. I'll fix these later by detailing, correcting the shading etc.
